I’m Ariel Morado, a Licensed Professional Counselor in Austin, Texas. I work with high-functioning adults, professionals, and athletes who are successful on the outside but internally carrying stress, pressure, anxiety, burnout, or unresolved trauma.
Many of my clients are driven, responsible, and used to performing at a high level while quietly operating in survival mode. They are often the ones others rely on — yet feel emotionally exhausted, disconnected from themselves, or constantly “on.”
I specialize in trauma, PTSD, anxiety, nervous system regulation, and EMDR therapy, with a focus on helping clients build emotional resilience, confidence, clarity, and long-term stability. My work integrates trauma-informed care, nervous system regulation, and evidence-based approaches that help clients better understand how stress and past experiences continue to affect emotions, relationships, performance, and overall well-being.
My approach is grounded, direct, and compassionate. I work well with individuals who value depth, accountability, self-awareness, and meaningful change — not surface-level coping. Therapy with me is collaborative, steady, and focused on helping clients reconnect with a more balanced, regulated, and authentic version of themselves.
